Sheet 01 / The offer

You sell. We build. We both own it.

You have customers, a market you understand, and the nerve to pick up the phone. What you don't have is the software. We build it — the app, the platform, the store — and instead of billing you like an agency, we become your partner in it.

Sheet 02 / The gap

You already have the hard part.

Selling is the hard part. Most builders can't do it, and most sellers can't build. So the idea sits there, year after year, because every road to the software is broken.

01

The agency

Agency prices. Months of meetings. At the end you own an invoice and a product nobody on their side cares about.

02

The freelancer

Cheap, until they disappear halfway through with the only copy of your code in their head.

03

The no-code tool

Fine for a weekend. Then your first real customer asks for the one thing it can't do.

The cost isn't the quote you couldn't afford. It's the years the business didn't exist.

Sheet 03 / The deal

We carry the build. You carry the sales. It's in writing.

  1. 01

    Apply

Ten minutes. Tell us what you sell, who buys it, and what software is standing in your way.

  2. 02

    The call

Thirty minutes with Ryan. We're both deciding. Most applications stop here, and that's the point.

  3. 03

    The demo

If we take you seriously, we build a working demo of your product together, before any money moves. You'll click it, not imagine it.

  4. 04

    The founding fee — $2,500

It pays for the brand, the written partnership agreement, and build kickoff. It is also the filter between people with an idea and people who are ready.

  5. 05

    We build. You sell.

We carry the full build and keep improving it. You run the company and bring in customers. Ownership and revenue are shared on terms we both sign.

Sheet 05 / The filter

This isn't for most people.

It's for you if

  • You already sell something, or you sell for a living and know exactly what you'd sell next.
  • You can name the customers who would buy it, because you've talked to them.
  • Software is the only thing between you and the business.
  • You want a partner who stays, not a vendor who leaves at launch.

It's not for you if

  • You have an idea and no way to reach a single buyer.
  • You're looking for someone to do the selling too.
  • You want a free build and a conversation about equity later.
  • You can't put your hands on $2,500.

If you can't find $2,500 for your own company, you're not ready yet. That's not an insult. It's the filter.

Sheet 06 / The math

Two ways this gets built.

Right now we are taking partners only. The other column is there so you can see what the same software costs when you pay for it alone.

Open now / by application

Partner

$2,500 founding fee, plus shared ownership

  • We carry the entire build and keep building after launch
  • A working demo before any money moves
  • You run the company and own the customer relationships
  • Ownership and revenue shared on written terms
  • Running costs like hosting belong to the company, at cost

For reference / paying for it alone

Own it outright

$25,000+ estimate for a proprietary custom build you own 100%

  • The whole cost of the build is yours, up front
  • Nobody on the build side shares your risk
  • Every change after launch is a new invoice

That is the honest price of custom software. It is also why most good ideas never get built. If you would still rather own all of it, say so in your application.

3

Partner seats open / Fall 2026

A partnership is a long commitment, so we only take a few. When these are filled the application closes until one of them is launched.

Sheet 07 / Straight answers

Questions people ask before they apply.

Who is actually building this?

One human, Ryan Bolden, directing a synthetic engineering team: AI engineers, a QA agent and a security agent working inside a gated process where nothing ships until its checks pass. That's how a studio this small carries builds that usually take an agency and a season. You talk to Ryan. Always.

How is ownership split?

It's agreed per company and written down before the founding fee is paid. It depends on what you bring: an existing business with customers is a different conversation than a new one. You run the company day to day either way.

What exactly does the $2,500 pay for?

The brand identity, the domain, the written partnership agreement, and the kickoff of the full build. It is a fee for that work. It is not a purchase of shares and it comes with no promise of results.

What if it doesn't work?

Most new companies don't, and we won't pretend otherwise. The demo step exists so we both find out early and cheaply. If either of us walks away after the demo, no fee is due.

What do you expect from me?

Sell. Talk to customers every week, bring back what they say, and share the numbers on a standing call. We'll build whatever that conversation proves is needed.

I already have a company. Does this still work?

Yes. The software becomes its own venture alongside your existing business, with its own written terms. Your current company stays yours.

Who pays for hosting and other running costs?

We cover the cost of building. Once the product is live, running costs such as hosting, text messages and phone minutes are expenses of the company, passed through at cost with no markup.

Can I just pay you to build it?

Right now we are taking partners only. If you would rather own 100% of a proprietary custom build, plan on an estimate of $25,000 or more, and tell us in your application. We will give you a straight answer on whether we can take it.

Sheet 08 / Application

Ten minutes. Be specific.

Short, honest answers beat long impressive ones. Ryan reads every application himself.

Rather say it than type it?

Talk to our assistant for about three minutes. It takes the same details and sends them straight to Ryan.
